Download and have the mini installation iso burn into a CD.
Start the computer with that CD.
Select Manual Installation.
Have the network card module loaded. (Find out the driver before installation, e.g. e100 for Intel Pro 100 Ethernet Card.)
Select Network/FTP installation.
